With all of the challenges and concerns facing senior citizens, one we don't want problems with is the threat of losing our saving because of high medical bills.

Like most people my age, I bought several health insurance plans over the years. More often than not, I ended up disappointed because the coverage wasn't really what I needed or the agent didn't follow up with the service I was promised. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

When I bought my first policy from you, I was hoping you would be different, and you were, Alton, I can honestly say I have never gotten the help from other agents like I get from you and your staff. You told me the truth about your policies because they paid like you said. Since my wife's recent illness, the paperwork has been a nightmare. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the extra help I get from your customer service rep. She has always been very patient and kind in taking care of our problems with Medicare, filing insurance claims and even helped me get a refund from the hospital!
